Competitions
All competition results are based on catch data submitted through the app. theShoal reserves the right to remove catches or disqualify participants where there is evidence of fraudulent submissions. Platform competition rules are set by theShoal and are final.

theShoal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be free from errors. We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on competition results or app data.
Fishing activities carry inherent risks. Users are responsible for their own safety and for complying with local fishing regulations and licensing requirements.
